Highest podium rate

Value
68.63% (35 podiums from 51 starts)

How it is derived

drivers.podiums - distinct races classified first, second or third, so a driver on the podium twice in one race in a shared car counts it once - over the driver's starts. Drivers with fewer than 15 starts are not ranked: it is the floor Wikipedia's List of Formula One driver records uses, and below it a handful of races decides the figure. An entry counts as a start unless its result is DNQ, DNPQ, DNS, DNP or EX - did not qualify, pre-qualify, start or practise, or excluded before the start - so a pit-lane start counts and so does a retirement on the first lap. Next: Jose Froilan Gonzalez 57.69% (15 of 26), Giuseppe 'Nino' Farina 57.58% (19 of 33), Max Verstappen 54.76% (138 of 252).
