How it is derived
drivers.wins over the driver's starts, for drivers with at least 15 starts. An entry counts as a start unless its result is DNQ, DNPQ, DNS, DNP or EX - did not qualify, pre-qualify, start or practise, or excluded before the start - so a pit-lane start counts and so does a retirement on the first lap. The floor is a choice, stated so it can be argued with: below it a handful of races decides the figure, and 15 starts is the floor Wikipedia's List of Formula One driver records uses, so the two can be compared. Next: Alberto Ascari on 40.63, Jim Clark on 34.72, Michael Schumacher on 29.74.
